First few weeks home...

Crew's bili levels after we got home kept going up. We finally had to have home health bring out the bili bed. It was like a suitcase. I was so depressed that I could not snuggle him. He could only come out for feedings and diaper changes. So glad we only had to do it for 2 days!

Crew Justin Day was born on September 14, 2010 and 11:41pm. He weighed 7lbs 11oz and was 20 inches. Funny story. The night before we had Crew I told Justin I was done being pregnant and I was going to let the doctor know in the morning at my appt at 9:10 am that I was going over to the hospital to be admitted. I convinced Justin and myself that I could tell him my Blood Pressure had been too high (witch it hadn't) and that he should send me over :-). So this was my plan. Packed our bags that morning and headed to the hospital only 39 weeks. I get up on the beloved table to wait for the doctor to come in. Justin and I were joking around and he made me laugh, in total shock I look at Justin and say "OMG I just peed...or my water broke..hahaha I started freaking out...doctor comes in and yes my water broke, over the hospital we went. I WAS SOOO SCARED. The day was long I started at 3cm dilated and finally was a 10 at about 11pm. Started pushing at 11 thought I did amazing myself by 1130 he was coming soon! Head was out and I thought I was home FREE...No his shoulders got stuck then his elbow, this all felt like eternity and I was yelling just pull him out!!!! Crew came out and I could tell things were not right...a code blue was called people rushing in with the "crash cart" I HATE THE CRASH CART! Crew was not breathing on his own and needed to be resuscitated. Poor Justin was white as a ghost. The doctors and nurses kept trying to reassure me that he was going to be just fine. It was all so fast it feels like a blur. Justin of course went with Crew down to NICU. WOW I was not prepared for instant love and concern I had for my son. I was in tears so scared he was not going to be ok. Crew has changed my life sooo much. Justin and I feel so blessed. He has been such a good baby.

hahaha I kept saying there was no way he was going to more than 7 lbs I was scared he was going to barley weigh in at 6lbs .... yea I was a little off.

Of course we had to watch Ellen its a daily ritual.

I was so scared...the whole day and the next few weeks after :-)

We went golfing and camping up in Midway at the Wasatch golf course and camp ground. We did fondue for dinner, it was SO good and SO much fun. I think that was my last camping trip for the summer though, I had to get out of the tent and PEE way too MANY times :-)

Love camping where there are electric plugs so that we can do FONDUE :)

Another nurse in our family! Justin got his acceptance letter today for UVU's Nursing Program! I am so excited for him. He worked so hard all school year to get in and it paid off! Not too mention all of his hard work this summer so that he can dedicate the upcoming school year to this program! I love him so much and appreciate ALL the hard work he does for me and his future son CREW :-)! Congrats HUN!

25 weeks

My first post about pregnancy and I am in the 3rd trimester. I love blogging :-) So Justin and I are having a baby boy. We are going to name him Crew Justin Day. Due date Sept 19. Pregnancy has been great from about 17 weeks until last week when I turned 27 weeks aaaaaahhh I feel huge, swollen, my right hand is numb. But on the positive note I love how much I feel the little guy kick. Going to be a soccer player just like his daddy. We cant wait to meet him and feel so lucky to get to be parents :-) Ok I cant not believe the huge jump in size from 25 to 27 weeks. Yah it got HOT! We are going to do the 3D/4D ultrasound soon. I will blog some pictures of the little guys then!

I got golf clubs for my birthday! I got to open the present early so we could go golfing today! Justin is a great teacher and I have enjoyed learning how to play golf with him!

The best day of my life. Our wedding day went perfect. I could not of asked for better. The reception was a blast. Thank you for all those who came to support us and your congrats. Thanks to my sister Sasha for taking the pictures. She did a fabulous job. We have been married for almost 6 weeks still newlyweds...:) We are loving it!

Ok So I for sure want to post some pictures from the wedding but I do not have all the discs yet :(. So I will post some pictures from the honeymoon. We went to Huntington Beach, CA. It was perfect. We had so much fun going to the beach, (I almost died a couple times) laying out at the pool not very fun for Justin, knots berry farm, and ate lots of food. Justin fell in love with PF Changs. Justin had never been there before we actually went twice in one week. :) Ever since we have gotten back from the honeymoon it has been quit busy. Well at least for Justin ;/. He is going to school full time and working way too many hours. So we are moving to American Fork on Saturday one so Justin can be closer to school and two so can be close to friends on my days off. haha. Justin is also going to only work 1 day a week now. YEA! I love being married to Justin. I honestly feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have gotten him. Glad he never gave up on me! Ewww I just love him :).

Knots berry farm was so much fun! There were no lines and we got our portraits drawn :)haha

Justin was sooo bored at the pool. But he still laid out with me for like an hour.
Cheesecake factory....I hated my meal. I never like it there?? Of course that excludes the cheesecake :)
Skim boarding, Justin was a pro, me I did a few fast plants and had a few bruises the next day.

Of course we had to eat at Olive Garden we do go there weekly..ooops
